Del Norte Elementary School Newsletter
January 2022
Dear Del Norte Families,
Welcome back parents and students! I hope that your
time with family and friends proved to be relaxing and
fun. Thank you for a great first semester and we are
looking forward to an even better second semester.
It is wonderful to see the students happy and
motivated to be back at school.
Thank you for getting your child to school every day
by 7:50 when the first bell rings. Due to the cold
weather, the drop off line is longer and slower. Please
make arrangements to arrive a little earlier. Fewer
tardies leads to a smooth start to the day.
Report cards will be going home on January 11th
.
Please feel free to contact your student’s teacher or
the front office if you have any questions or
concerns. Following your student’s grades on
PowerSchool is a great way to keep up with how they
are doing. Please see the front office for your login
if you are interested.
Thank you very much for all of your support! We have
amazing students and families here at Del Norte and
our teachers and staff are very thankful.
Thank you,
Mr. Alsup
Principal
